These terms govern your use of this website and the services of FlyStay, operated by FlyStay ("we", "us"). By using the site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We act as a booking agent for flights and hotels. Airlines and hotels are independent providers; their own terms (baggage, check-in, house rules, fare rules) also apply to your booking.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Our service fee is shown on the website. Airfare and hotel tariffs are charged at actuals and confirmed with you before payment. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveller names, dates and contact details.
• Carry valid ID, passport and visas as required.
• Check your e-ticket or voucher and tell us about errors within 24 hours.

4. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and our confirmation email. If we cannot complete your booking, we will refund the amount in full.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes or service issues caused by airlines, hotels or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
