FlyStay sells travel booking services. No physical goods are shipped.

How bookings are delivered

• E-tickets and hotel vouchers are sent to the email address you provide.
• Delivery normally happens within 24 hours of successful payment, and often within a few hours.
• A copy is also sent by SMS/WhatsApp to your phone number where available.

Didn't receive your booking?

Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there within 24 hours, contact us with your payment ID and we'll resend it.
